Candidates should have the following credentials:

• Degree holder, with accounting and/or finance professional qualification or MBA an advantage
• At least 1-2 years’ relevant experience
• Enthusiasm, attention to detail and an interest in the financial markets
• A working knowledge of the Hong Kong Listing Rules, Takeovers Code and/or experience in preparing financial models and information memoranda
• Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
