Candidates should have the following credentials:

• Provide operational support in performing compliance functions and statutory requirements of SFC (Type 1 and 6 licenses) to ensure full compliance with regulatory and internal control requirements
• Ensure company policies, internal control procedures & manuals are up-to-date with regulatory requirements and monitor adherence with these policies
• Serve as the Manager-in-Charge (MIC) for Compliance, ensuring regulatory accountability
• At least 5 years of relevant experiences in SFC licensed corporations
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• For an experienced candidate, part-time or flexible working hours can be considered.
